Do not buy this on PC, Ghost and AW were abysmal ports. Black ops 3 fixed things a little with proper dedicated servers and PC betas, CoD:IW will not be a good port and I can garantee it. Already has ton of lag problem on consoles, I shudder to think how it will be on pc.

Rumor has it that the beta is completely P2P, which could explain the netcode fuckery. Question is will the game have dedicated servers. Tried googling that and no answers came.

Today I had a much better experience with lag, I was able to win gunfights and had a pretty good time. Now I'm at a point, however, where I don't know if I won because the fight was fair, or because the lag advantaged me and the other team had to deal with terrible delays/instant deaths.

Went against my better judgment and decided to get cod points with the 15$ credit PSN promotion from october and I am now convinced I have the worst luck. I got jack poo poo, only common and rares Appart from that, anyone got the Ripper variant for the RPR? I love the gun by itself and a better fire rate sounds great for it.

Had my best game in a while, kill confirmed, 6k points, we're 98 vs 70 point and just about to win. Kicked, get a weirdo error message about the game not sending MUA/TUA something, get jack poo poo rewards. Got cheated out of a double xp near perfect game due to dumb garbage on part of the game, love it. It's funny how mad I am about this right now. Got my first epic gun, avalanche pistol. It's actually not that bad when paired with a sniper, it's a good "oh poo poo" weapon. I saw some of you use the Ripper RPR-Evo variant, how is it?

The avalanche (epic emc) has been really nice for me, the burst is fast and fires 7 rounds.. Slapped on the headshot thingie and things melt if they get near me.. It's a excellent secondary weapon when I'm using a sniper or something more long-ranged oriented. Edit: Glad to hear the ripper has better fire rate in smg mode, that's what I mainly use anyway. I only need 4k salvage to craft it and I'm nearing it.

I personally quite enjoy the look and overall weapon/character designs in this, the gameplay's is good too in my opinion. I just hate how little salvage we get with dailies and the number of duplicates I am getting with Rare boxes is insane despite me not having even played over 20 hours yet. This is a personal gripe at the end and I do feel this is a overall better system than AW as a whole and early BO3's.

I'm so, so close to getting enough salvage to unlock the Ripper variant, can't wait! As for the new variant I'm really looking forward to the new R3K.I don't even mind the increased recoil, it will make it easier to use at closer ranges which this game seems to be all about.

I agree on all your point Javes, though I personally still find AW to be terrible. I'm fine with BO3 and IW's system, the problem isn't with the jetpacks for me anymore. It's more the drop rates of the crates and the huge ammount of duplicates I am getting despite not even owning all that many camos/guns to begin with. Game wise I like IW just as much as BO3, I hope they find a way to keep players.

Great games yesterday, I think server hiccups have been fixed for me, though from the server map people posted a few pages ago, I live on the east coast so I'm near NY's location. Now what I'm wondering is does; the MACTAV (ump) have no aim assist? It feels strangely hard to keep my aim on a target. I got no problem real close but even at mid range I start being innacurate as gently caress.

What do you guys think are the best epics (orange) ? So far flatline seems decent if you intend to be midrange most of the time (up close it wont compete against regular nv4) but I'm really curious which ones are just THE best.

Alright it seems most big dick CoD youtubers have either decided to move to overwatch or were found being conniving pieces of poo poo. Sorry for leaving earlier tonight, I got kicked out of the game and the ps4 refused to let me send messages to any of you in the party, saying "can't connect to the server". Had a decent night but dear god ground war is filled with the sweatiest of little shits I've ever played in this. Whole teams of nv4 fallout hoping for a nuke. It was beyond unfun. Props to the guy who took the ball in defender so he could hide in a tiny corner while his 8 stream buddies formed defensive lines for him, really brought that arcadey shooter feel that CoD has.

I mean who are you guys going to listen to, the french canadian who never talks or javes who's almost near max prestige. Imo I'm the better option here.

I'd be tempted to say add scavenger on any other nuke guns, but with the NV4-Fallout I think most pubs are using the NV4 anyway so its free ammo laying around.
