Pocahontas: Not married, and without immediate prospects

DTV sequel pairs her with John Rolfe (though John Smith attempts to reignite the old flame at least once near the end). They aren't married by the credits, but it's implied they're going to settle together in Jamestown.

I only have the vaguest memories of Pocahontas 2, so I had to look all that up.

Yes, I'd say the oddest thing about the DTVs is how often they go completely against the original film (see: Mulan 2). It's like someone went, hmm, how do we distinguish our film from the original? What if it insinuates that the original was wrong and full of poo poo? It's very strange.
