I feel like this is the direction the story would realistically be going but love triangles are messy and overdone so I still feel a little weird about it.

Suwa is the loveliest person and I'm sure he will find and bring joy to all around him in whichever worldline he exists. It feels the show has made peace with the two worldlines that have diverged, one in which Naho and Suwa can be loving parents to their son, and one where Naho and Kakeru can make their futures together.

God, it always takes me days to get around to watching the weekly episode, unlike every other show, just because I know I have to sit down, mentally prepare myself to have my emotions toyed with, and actually pay attention to the animation.

Finally got the chance to watch the episode. Kakeru, why are you so thick? At least he and Naho deserve each other.  Also, I'm glad that Naho is finally fixing things.

They appear in the original manga quite frequently as well, I was more surprised that they hadn't shown up earlier. Still far less jarring than in, for example, the new D.Grayman anime.
