There is really no such thing as "White Culture" except as a code word racists from one country use to take credit for the accomplishments of another country because they're "both white". There are things like "American Culture" or "French Culture" etc. and many cultures share similarities with their neighbors. But all people everywhere are trained from birth to see their own culture as not-existing, they instead see themselves as just acting how humans do and other cultures are wearing funny hats, They do this all without realizing that the culture next door believes that it is they who have the funny hats and that their own hats are just how humans are. A good example of this is the suit and tie. In America that's just what people wear to be fancy, but in Asia that dress style was explicitly foreign and adopted to mimic foreign cultures.
