Any type of skin issues weird me out. I'm not talking normal stretch marks, cellulite, or eczema. Basically stuff that screams "I don't take care of my skin one loving bit" no lotion, no luffa, soap that they haven't noticed irritates them -- signs of a lack of hygiene and basic dermatological knowledge. Anything on a person they can't change is pretty much fine for me. Anything that is just a display of ignorance and a far below average ability to take care of oneself, nah. That being said, I'm a bit overweight and weight is one of those things that can be controlled with enough understanding and ability. So take my opinion with a huge grain of hypocrisy.

I saw an old man in the grocery a few weeks ago who had a big cluster of tumors sprouting from his nose. It was way bigger than the nose, it bounced up and down when he walked, and was very disturbing to look at. I felt really bad for the guy, because his face probably seriously creeps out just about everybody he encounters.
