I saw this fat piece of poo poo and his step dad wrestle a guy to the ground once and they laid on top of him while waiting for the cops to show up. The whole time the guy they were sitting on kept screaming "I want to see some ID!" Over and over for like 5 minutes. The cops came and arrested the guy and that is the time I saw a citizen's arrest.
