I was bad at handling money until I looked at a half dollar and the ghost of Ben Franklin came out and he told me about keeping a budget.

Really good with money. I only ever buy generic brand milk and sugar because it's all produced under the same set of standards, so why pay more for the same thing? After doing this for a few short weeks I was able to afford a something awful account.

For example, I'ma buy this when it comes out: http://shop.lego.com/en-US/The-Disney-Castle-71040 Idk then again at least I'm not wasting my money running out and buying the new phone and stuff. I spend frivolously on a few hobbies and that's about it. I have a friend who blows $500+/mo just at the bars

I'm pretty good with it tbh, whenever I pay with credit cards I flip the card out really quickly and then make a swoosh with my arm and then do the pin code in like 600ms like a ninja and the cashier always looks at me like 'wow, this person is special'

My job matches my 401k contributions up to 7% and I have dumped 10% in since I started here 8 years ago so now I'l be rich unless my wife divorces me and takes it all. I saw a lady driving a corvette the other day with a license plate that said "his401klol". But those are like 50 grand? So his 401k sucked and she was ugly. Either way she better stay away from me or I'll punch her right in the face.

My Dad passed and left a decent inheritance and I put most of it in a mutual fund so I'll wake up rich in 20 years or so. My Mom lectured me about being obsessed with money. She wanted me to buy an $80,000 luxury car like my cousin did when he got a sizable windfall.

On a serious note, the best thing I have ever learned how to do with money is develop a discipline of using credit lines in a proper way, investing in good quality items (saving for $350 boots instead of buying awful $60), and keeping a solid safety fund so I don't go into emergency debt ever. A lot of good money handling is understanding the poverty traps a lot of people fall into or are unfortunately born into.

I am excellent with money. For example, one way I learned to save money is to: 1) buy bread at panera 2) go to a salad bar for lunch 3) use the bread with the salad in order to make a sandwich Now I have a sandwich for lunch but I only went to a salad bar!
