My ex-roomate went on a cream cheese and bacon diet. She'd just walk around with a block of cream cheese like it was nothing. The bacon was awful. She would eat it for breakfast but because she tended to wake up late and had to hurry to get to work, she'd never cook it fully. She'd just throw it in the pan, sear it for like thirty seconds, then stick the limp and pink bacon in a bowl and eat it on the way to work. As far as exercise, she did ten minutes of leg lifts every other day. We laughed and cringed but surprisingly she lost a lot of fat and kept it off even after ending her diet.
