It came out with a little seam on the right side, which pisses me off, but it's nothing that would impair its (largely theoretical) use. The things beneath it are the silicone that stuck to the lids of the vacuum chambers. Over time, it builds up, and then you peel it off in one weird nubby circle. I haven't found any use for them.
