I don't have any white clothes. About half my clothes are black. Even so, I add bleach to the wash, the degree of fadedness helps me keep track of how old my clothes are. I have some jeans and t shirts that are almost 30 years old.

i will take any and every shortcut to expedite the agony of doin fuckin laundry so, i too throw everything in together on cold unless i am trying to disinfect bed sheets or bleach my undershirts or something. havent experienced any problems in many years of doing laundry that way
