psychokitty posted:dude that's just pre-mexican-street. amateur. 1) clean silk from husk, don't remove husk just peel it back 2) wrap corn back up in the husk 3) soak in lightly salted water for 10 mins 4) shake off excess water, grill that poo poo while turning every 5 minutes or so until the kernels can be fairly easily pierced with a knife husks off, spread butter while hot, salt more to taste. that foil and butter on the grill stuff is amateur.
