Spurs winning while giving runouts to some kids and backup players is nice. Americans should be pleased that Cameron Carter-Vickers has done well. edit: Cameron Carter-Vickers and Harry Winks started. Kyle Walker-Peters, Georges-Kévin N'Koudou and Josh Onoma subbed on. Poch trusts in youth.
