GF is good. One of the best parts of GF is that it ends.

There are 40 episodes across 2 seasons. It is similar to the X Files in that there is a monster of the week and every so often a Mythos/Plot episode. That's S1. S2 is a little more than 1/2 plot episodes. It ends in a very satisfying way. It has some of the most tense poo poo you will ever see in a childrens show.

Watch GF. It's only 15 hours of your life.

I think you will find that it is correct. It's no coincidence - especially with Disney - that they've used traditional actors to voice their shows for decades now. Name recognition trumps talent. Not to say Kristen Schaal isn't funny, but she's the exception to a company that said "we really NEED Matthew Broderick to be Simba. An unknown just won't do!"

Who cares. It's a good show that unlike other kids shows, is written with the thought in mind that the audience is intelligent. On top of that, there is an overarching storyline that has a satisfying conclusion. GF is a legit good show. It will probably grow in popularity as more people come to realize this fact.
