Little known fact about Genoa Cricket and Football Club: after the club was given to italians, no one actually ever played cricket (they tried for a while but since nobody cared they stopped in 1900). They only started playing cricket again in 2007, although unfortunately they seem to have stopped playing now. The team was mostly made up of Pakistani immigrants, like the other cricket teams in Italy. SS Lazio has an active cricket team.
