Fubo is pretty good, in addition to their own site it gets you access to all of BeIN's streaming on their official site as well. So yeah, you get access to a lot of La Liga/Serie A/Ligue 1 games. I had some technical troubles with them when the service first launched, but I signed up for a monthly trial again at the end of last season and it seemed to work fine.
