No, not always. I bought a Surge on the way home from Florida somewhere in TN, and holy poo poo it was delicious. I'm going to get a Crystal Pepsi this weekend, but I remember it as more of a novelty than being a big fan. I'm waiting on the triumphant return of Vault. Used to love Vault floats at Wendy's in the mid-2000s.
