The gameplay is good, and I appreciate that you don't have to use the 3rd person cover system but the back and forth switch when doing takedowns is definitely lovely

i beat DE1 after playing through Human Revolution and then i understood why people were disappointed by HR. even thoguh it was a realyl good game i wish they hadn't laminated everything in yellow plastic. the gritty 90s cyberpunk aesthetic of DE1 is far superior
