He clears the defensive line before some of them even move, the O-line had nothing to do with it. He just timed the snap perfectly. If the long snapper holds the ball an extra 1/2 second, he would have been offside.

They changed the snap count and Shea starts to run, then has to break it off and then awkwardly shuffles around in the backfield for the kick.

I actually think that's more technique by the OL than the DL pushing them down. The RG is kneeling before the snap, the LG and LS don't really stand up at all either, but they also have a guy jumping over them right after the snap. A lot of OL technique is to stay as low as possible so you can drive the DL back, so those guys are trying to keep low anyway. Edit: Well guess I'm wrong then.
