The country I live in passed a medical marijuana law a few months ago and the president was like "We'll totally get this implemented before May" but surprise surprise they DID NOT get it done. I don't even know if I'd qualify for it but I'd like to see the regulations so I know. I haven't smoked weed in like 5 years because I was tired of buying from dealers. I hope this new law winds up more as a "anything a doctor says can help you" kind of thing and not a restrictive "cancer and other wasting diseases only" kind of thing. Anyways I assume that eventually they'll get this done so I'm looking for recommendations for a dry herb vaporizer that's good for small doses. Is the DaVinci Miqro good? The government said the medicinal weed regulations will be ready by September. I'm not holding my breath. Well, not yet anyways. I always hold my breath when I take a hit, I don't like to see any vapor in my exhale it feels like I'm wasting the good stuff that way. In September I hope to do a good amount of breath holding, in that particular manner.

I'm still browsing this thread jealously as I wait for medical regulations. I hope they're not too stringent here. I used to love the feeling of couch lock, so I guess that means I'd want an indica? Sometimes weed makes it so I can't leave the couch and everything feels nice and sometimes weed is like "hey never stop thinking about your debt and also what's that is your heart beating too fast? Your dad is disappointed in you" and I like the first one better. I've never been able to buy a "strain" so I never know what I'm getting, it's just "weed."

Yeah, that makes sense. I will say the couch lock stuff happened more when I was a daily smoker and the anxiety has happened more as I've become someone who smokes three times a decade. Edit: And when I was daily I was a vaper, which could also be part of the difference.

I ordered a vapor genie. I know vape technology has passed that by. But I loved the VG from like 08-12 or whenever it was I smoked weed all the time. The regulations for medical marijuana are not yet finalized so there's a chance this gets confiscated at customs. But, whatever. I had a bad day and I don't have weed to smoke but just buying a weed product made me feel a little bit better.

Customs let my VaporGenie through, I have it with me on my desk. Did the ceramic filter on these get smaller? I seem to remember it being thicker in 2008. But I dunno. The president of Costa Rica signed the medical cannabis regulations last Friday. They're not published yet so we don't know what they actually say. He's also pushing for full on recreational legalization. I don't know much about his other policies, I can't vote here so whatever. But long live CR's weed president IMO.

I went to someone's house today for a business reason and it smelled like weed and I wasn't sure if I should say anything but in the end I did say "I recognize this smell and it's wonderful" and he showed me a tiny little plant he had.

I bought weed on the street corner today. I went to the appliance store to buy an air fryer. Some dudes trying to sell flags of the country I live in. I was like "No, soy gringo" and they go "tenemos bandera de tu patria" and they pointed to a US flag they had. I said "soy gringo pero no soy patriotico" but then I smelled that he was smoking weed and he noticed that I smelled. "Que rico, eh?" he said offered me a hit of his joint and I said no... but then I turned back and said "vendes?" So that's the story of how I got a very small amount of weed for ten dollars which I will put into my vapor genie tonight when I'm watching wrestling. BTW air fryer worked really well, best chicken breast I've ever made at home, I think.

I am high for the first time in like 5 years. I mixed the weed with dried sage because I knew I couldn't handle a full bowl of weed at this point. I also took a few CBD capsules to even things out just in case this one has too much thc or something. Anyways. high.

Despite getting high approx. 3 times with my vaporgenie and enjoying it, I did decide to order another vape with more precise temperature control and a glass connector. I got the Planet of the Vapes One, I'll let you all know how I like it. I actually don't have a glass waterpipe right now either but those are very easy to get around here. My lungs are very sensitive, water cooled vapor is gonna be my jam. I want something small in case I ever make friends locally who smoke. I don't think I'll ever do combustion again but if they're all passing a joint and I've got a little bitty vape for myself I think that would work. Or maybe I could just pass the vape to people who want it. I've definitely seen people passing Js around after jiu jitsu class but I was too shy to say anything.

I'm not sure I actually like weed. I remember liking weed a lot. I was excited to start smoking again. And the first few highs since I got some a week ago were nice. But the last few times I got high I was like "huh I don't actually like this feeling that much." I'm out for now and I don't think I'll seek anymore out. I wish there was a drug that was like weed the way I remember it instead of the way it makes me feel now.

I think honestly it's "weed, but with friends." My social life had been poo poo for a long time but the pandemic absolutely destroyed it. My wife and I had been on like, March 2020 levels of lockdown until like the last month or two. So we don't have friends anymore. And we have marital problems and she doesn't smoke. So once the novelty of "wow I'm high again this owns!" wore of it just felt like, really really lonely. I'm planning to join the rest of the world in pretending that Covid is over sometimes next year.

My journey with weed this year has been: 1) I really want weed! 2) I'll buy a vapor genie so I can vape when medical is fully available! 3) Oops found a weed dealer across the street from my house 4) WEED IS GREAT, I'M BUYING A DIGITAL VAPORIZER 5) Hm actually I don't know how much I even like weed 6) Digital vape arrived. 7) (next week) Gonna buy more weed to try the new piece.

Well, I tried my POTV ONE with some non-weed herbs (chamomile and then later sage). Seems like a nice little unit, especially for the price compared to other portable units. I'll be looking forward to taking it for a spin with the real deal, when I can do so in a social setting. I think that's what was missing from my weed experience previously.

I got these hemp derived delta9 thc chocolates at a smoke shop next to a dunkin donuts. It works way more than I expect it to. I'm having so many thoughts right now that I want to share but I feel like they must actually be very cringe and not actually profound. I enjoy my planet of the vapes one. I have never tried any other battery flower vape. I can put a small bud in without grinding, and then when it's done I grind it in the bowl with a toothpick. It's so brittle from drying out it grinds with just a bit of pressure. Then I vape it again. In fact, I just did that a few minutes ago.

Been having weed more frequently. I pack my bowl like 80% with hemp flower that's just CBD and then top it off with real weed. The much higher CBD content per bowl seems to make the anxiety non-existent and I still get pretty high. So that's a win for me. I've been getting baked every night and watching impractical jokers.
