It's a video game ad that caused a big stink in 90's and the game was made by Derek Smart who is a mod here with a subforum named after him for making fun of Star Citizen. He threatened to sue Lowtax for several front page articles that he wrote about him and his games but he decided to come back to SA because we were the only place that was critical of SC at the time.
