Story of the season, had all of the possession, no end product. Can't do much about that free kick, was brilliant. Garner had such a poo poo game as well.

Shrapnig posted:"It's the 90th minute of the Old Firm derby and I'm a massive coward" Tbf he had kept Scott brown on the pitch despite him spending the entire game trying to kick hyndman and holt off the park. Was a good game though, showed that despite his rhetoric Warburton didn't have the man management skills to get the best out of the current, admittedly woeful, group of players. Thought McKay was kept quiet which was a shame, he could have done a bit in the middle, and after the first miss it wasn't going to be Waghorns day. Be interesting to see what Caixinha does in terms of shape and recruitment, that should be the last time in history Rangers have two players over 36 in the starting lineup.

Ball changes direction, Griffiths is a oval office, correct decision?

hyper from Pixie Sticks posted:Touching the ball on the followthrough doesn't stop it being a foul The refs never going to give it though, as soon as there's doubt there's no chance. I'd have thought having to rely on a poo poo Demebele dive and a Route One Griffiths chance to get a winner given the massive disparity in budget and player ability would rankle more than a 50/50 decision.

jre posted:From a technical perspective Rangers played 48 ineligible players in these games because they submitted fake contracts to the SFA as part of defrauding the tax man. They’re not going to be stripped, they’ll never be stripped, stop wanking yourself into a furore over this and accept it or you’ll end up like one of the nutters who reads Phil macs blog

Jose posted:lol what Trying to claim that Rangers are responsible for the deterioration of Scottish football in the mid-late 90’s and early 00’s because of side letters - which BisonDollah is attempting upthread - is laughable given that the biggest culprit was the growing disparity between English clubs with new Sky money and Scottish clubs without. If you tracked the top 20 richest clubs in Europe over the last three decades all you’d see is the inflation of English Premier league clubs ( and Newcastle the odd time they go down) outstripping established European sides who rely more heavily on merchandising and ticket sales. Burnley are richer than AC Milan, Bournemouth have more cash than Dortmund etc. Even now the SPFL’s media rights are worth less than United get paid for 5? games. How the gently caress are Rangers to blame for that?
