I mean, it kinda seems you'd explicitly want to *not* have a nuke if that happened. I guess if we're trying to find logic behind it, maybe the nuke came first ("this might be required to break the Schwartzwelt") and then someone came along "guys what if someone steals the nuke and we can't seize it back cuz they might blow it up, I know, here's a brainwash gun that will help us retrieve it".
