I will never change my mortal kombat themed name. Though now that xXx 3 is coming out I worry people will think I picked it because of the original movie. Vin basically ripped off my real name and online name and mashed them together. Xander Cage what a dumb rear end name.

Its pouring rain and we just had a customer leave with bald slicks on a truck with probably 450-500rwhp. So much sideways.

Coming home from work, I just spotted a Nissan Figaro, in my neighborhood. Same guy has had a nice Nissan Silvia for a while. I thought it was a conversion, but now that I think about it, I think it's an S15. He's also had a second gen Civic sedan lowered on Watanabes somethings that I've been meaning to get a picture of. Guess I need to get to know him. This is Dallas/Ft. Worth TX, BTW. I've never seen a Figaro in person before.

Chassis box width is off again. This time too big on one side, too narrow on the other. That balances out right? Upper management said gently caress it; approve 'em and ship 'em.

CharlesM posted:How does this not come back to haunt them??? We're not talking several inches. More like 1/4" narrow on one side and 1/2" wide on the other. We're allowed a slight deviation on width since we're building truck frames, not airplane parts. Anything at 3/4" or more gets the line completely shut down on the first chassis until it's resolved. Fun fact: big truck frames are actually two halves (front & rear) welded together in the middle. We take safety & quality VERY seriously. So much so that each half of the chassis goes through 5 inspection points before they get assembled and then 3 more afterwards.
