Just wanted to chime in and say thank you to all of the posters for shedding some insider light on this subject. I've been particularly intrigued by the inter-generational logistics of how this organization works. With what I've read here, I feel a bunch of mixed emotions but for now I'll say that I'm genuinely impressed.
