And one of his 2 dashes is his ult so it doesn't really count. He's as mobile as Asana, not some mobility god. Hits like a truck too, but incredibly fragile because he's so reliant on the follow command (leaves you exposed) or prediction (if you get it wong you've got a wasted turn) to be in range without the mass weaken of a Titus shout to mitigate damage.
