gently caress Sony
Someone apparently hacked into my account and deactivated my primary console. Sony refuses to deactivate the thief's console, so they get to play my games and use my account for 6 months. I've changed my password and enable 2 step authentication, they still refuse to do anything about it.
I've spent lots of money on games and a PS+ account over the years, I don't know why they would treat a well paying customer like this. This is totally ridiculous. My wife and daughter cannot play any of our digital games because of this. It's pretty much theft. I paid for those games and I pay a subscription, they need to fix this. It was easier to regain control of my bank account when my debit card number got stolen.
I'm never buying another Sony console, and I suggest everyone do the same.
