Maybe if ESPN spent more time maintaining their servers, and less time sending me push notifications about players on my watch list being injured, none of this would be happening

Tyrell Williams is interesting but I don't know a) how much I really trust any SD WR to give more than WR3 value without Allen to draw coverage and b) if he's "20% of my budget on the first week" interesting

Am I missing an injury Allen had that have people saying he is made of glass? Dude had a lacerated kidney last year which is more of a freak injury than a football one.

He had a knee injury his last season in college too that made him miss the combine. Injury Prone Isn't A Thing but there are certain players (Percy Harvin comes to mind) who just aren't good at putting themselves in a position to absorb damage. I haven't watched enough of Allen in his career to really know if that's his play style, but now that's one structural injury and another two contact injuries that don't really happen all that often (even though it's crazy easy to break a collarbone) so who knows really. Charles Rodgers was really good once!

I'm going to go 2-3 this week but it would've been 4-1 if I started Allen/Witten over Walford because I'm an idiot chasing the moon.

I'm losing both weeks to the #1 and #3 scorers in that league, with those TEs in, I'd be #1 and #3 myself.

Excited for another year of me scorong all the points but losing anyway then scraping and clawing my way to a 7-6 record and a shot at a 6 seed even though I'm one of the top-4 in PF (and #1 in PA)

I need to start playing in those leagues where you play two games a week against your opponent and the league average score

e: the #3 score, I would've won that match anyway but Harrison Smith and Clinton-Dix had interceptions taken away by penalties :(

I learned last year all GB receivers are bad except Jordy.

He had an A/C joint issue which is a pretty big deal for a WR, and he's always had issues creating separation, so him being primarily on the outside with no Jordy to draw coverage was a recipe for disaster.

This year, both he and Jordy are healthy so there's really no excuse. I don't know what's going on with him but I don't like it

It was pretty funny early in the offseason when people were afraid to draft David Johnson in the first.

I admit that I wasn't exactly bullish on Johnson but that's mainly because I hate Carson Palmer and had serious reservations about him returning a 1st round value and not just be a mid-to-low-end RB1 when Palmer inevitably regressed not because I doubt Johnson's talent

Didn't matter because I never ended up in a position to draft him but boo being wrong
