I think I'd only take the deal if I could also travel freely through time at will, alleviating the end-of-the-universe-floating-in-space-black-hell inevitability. I'd also need to set the rules so that I could only be at one place in time at any given moment in history so that the universe wouldn't eventually become infinitely crowded with infinite instances of me from different times at the same time. I'd also need to be able to teleport to anywhere instantly so I could never be imprisoned. I'd also need to be able to instantly appear to be any age I wanted at any time. I'd also need to be able to freely decide to not be immortal anymore, and have the rest of my natural life (continuing from the natural age I chose to appear before deciding to become mortal again) to decide to be immortal again at any time should I want to be immortal again.
