It's not going to happen. Even if you intentionally adulterated the product and got caught you would 'just' be fired and sent to jail. If you're doing your job, following procedures etc you aren't liable. The company gets sued, not the individual. Worst case scenario, you would get fired if you messed up and caused a problem. To add to this -- under new(ish) regulations -- directors, presidents etc. can be held liable if something happens. This prevents a president from saying, "I didn't know what was going on" and absolving themselves of responsibility. Ignorance is not a defense for management when it comes to food safety.
