Good luck. This deserves an LP though.

On the note of manga adaptations, the Higurashi manga is also excellent. Even the manga only arc that takes up a few volumes is pretty solid and fits in well.

The Higurashi anime is pretty bad, but it's watchable. The manga and VN are both great. The Umineko anime is completely unwatchable.
