In 1990 the Patriots went 1-15 under coach Rod Rust and their best QB was... uh...

Steve Grogan's rotting corpse? Dude was half dead in loving 1986! :laffo:

Maybe the NFL should look into trying some gimmicky offenses

Chip Kelly just spent the last several years doing that and whelp.

Then again, the Pats stole all the good parts of Chip's system in 2011 or something.

Apparently he is also an immense douchebag for reasons unrelated to gayness, so his gayness won't result in his exclusion. Which in the end is the important thing.

Best QB season wasted on a fuckface organization?

code:
Year	Age	Tm	Pos	No.	G	GS Cmp	Att	Cmp%	Yds	TD	TD%	Int	Int%	Lng	Y/A	AY/A	Y/C	Y/G	Rate
2011	31	DAL	QB	9	16	16 346	522	66.3	4184	31	5.9	10	1.9	77	8.0	8.3	12.1	261.5	102.5
How the gently caress did the 2011 Cowboys go 8-8 with that level of QB play? :wtc:

Sometimes I wonder how much somebody like Montana or Elway or Marino would win these day, with modern training techniques(and PEDs).

For QBs it's mainly injury recovery as I understand it, and Montana was the only one of those three who missed a lot of time with injuries on a regular basis. Might have helped him a lot and made Young spend more time on the bench?

even Jimmy G and Brissett look fine

I dunno about Brisket, he basically did as little as possible while the Texans self destructed, besides that one big run with his elite 5.0 40 lol speed.

Your overall point is spot on though.
