I threw my back out a few weeks ago. It mostly feels better now, except whenever I try to get even a moderate amount of exercise or try to get back into my routine in general, it starts hurting again. This morning I went for a short jog and carried some groceries a few blocks, absolutely nothing out of the ordinary, and now it's seven pm and my back is killing me. I just want it to heal. I can feel myself getting soft(er), and I hate that I have to ask my bf to do stuff for me.
