Usually by now they would've flattened out into simplier-to-write personalities (like how Jenna Maroney became just a complete narcissistic ditz). It's really apparent with Holt. Most other shows would double down on the "Captain Robot", but scenes like the last two cold opens have shown him to be as ridiculous as the rest of the 99.
