Utena is my new favourite. Between the gay girls and constant anime songs with lyrics that make zero sense at all this is right up my alley. It's just cheesy enough but also legitimately cool. Gonna be finishing this.

Alas I couldn't really get into Penguindrum. While it has a lot of visual flair and I can tell it's the Utena director from some things I just don't really feel engaged with the characters or the concept.
