The other non-option is DynamoDB's outdated Java-only geospatial add-on that's unsuitable for any kind of non-trivial work. Postgres (with PostGIS) running on RDS could possibly work for you. If you share more details on your use-case (what your data looks like and what your query patterns will be), we can point you in a more specific direction.
