I googled some screenshots of nuMoo silicoids and they look like a fairly decent adaptation of their MoO1 selves, the ones in 2 are kinda... Odd. I mean, odder. Than living volcanoes. Somehow.

Friend Commuter posted:So unless there's a Finn reading, gently caress it, good enough! You wrote "Konsolidoitu Tähtien Teollisuuden" when "teollisuus" would make more grammatical sense; "teollisuuden" is "industry's", the uh possessive form of "teollisuus" (=industry).

Siegkrow posted:Yo Nwes, I'd like to request some lore regarding the integration of the human/Bulra populations. What's it like? Are there Bulras adopting human cuisine or dress? Humans growing long and luscious beards to fit in? Are there entertainment companies that try to make TV shows that appeal to both species? Do the bulrass like videogames? Hell, by now it's been a few years of occupation, and considering human...proclivities [Humans will gently caress anything and DON'T you tell me otherwise, there is too much weird porn on the internet to say otherwise], there must be some kind of "Arrangements" around, what do they have to deal with? While it is neither here or there vis a vis Nweiss's universe, Larry Niven's Ringworld series featured a setting where many human-like species did copulate with one another, but a truly alien, in this case cat-based rather than bear-based, species was simply stated as unable to function in that respect with human-like physiology.

edit: Couldn't really figure out how to implement this with lovely MSPaint skillz, but anyway, obligatory Rappaport fucked around with this message at 16:38 on Jan 6, 2017 |

Crazycryodude posted:Y'know, that's actually a really interesting point. What do the races of the galaxy think of dogs? Dogs are a really special case from what we've seen, domesticated not just for utility but companionship in the pre-agricultural era. Dogs really are the best thing humanity has ever created. On the other hand, have you ever considered your dog may have been a Darlok all along?

I'm just imagining some kind of future Aleister Crowley who gathers a small but fanatical following of Mrrshans who genuinely believe in ancient Egyptian mythology.
