My family thinks spray painting baby-dolls with glow in the dark paint and suspending them in mason jars would be "weird" as a Halloween decoration. But at the same time they think if I make them look like mutant babies by stitching them together or combine them with other toys and then spray paint them then whatever, it's fine. They're still babies though, they're just deformed. I don't think I understand the argument. So now I have to come up with a creative way to Frankenstein some dolls so people won't get offended.

I tell myself I'm going to watch one horror movie every day for October but it turns out that even when it comes to being a lazy piece of poo poo I can't be asked. The only one I've watched so far was The Old Dark House. On the plus side it's a film from 1932 but they do weird camera angles and tricks every now and then to make the audience feel disoriented so it doesn't come off as a boring old timey play. On the down side it's a film from 1932 and the things we're supposed to find scary are the disabled and old people and two characters who've known each other for less than a day end up getting married.

Finished my decorations last minute. Monster babies came out alright but could be better. They're a bit hard to see through the netting over our window so I'm going to get a couple second opinions and decide whether I should nix the nets.       Also, I've got some plastic skulls and colored lightbulbs over our outside lights. Had to sharpie in the details to make them stand out. Probably should've done that on the monster babies too.
