Ive also had real conversations with minorities and women about how those words affect them. My special needs students aren�t as fragile as people think they are and they don�t mind that word and are way more concerned about being called the F-Word or the N-Word.

Yeah, that's why it's ok for straight white dudes to call people the N-word and the F-word, because they don't hang out with gay people or black people! I seldom interact with Vietnamese people, guess I better pull a John McCain! It's ok, because I have a minority friend!
