Basically gear is mostly horizontal and revolves around set bonuses, soquote:(1 item) Adds 1096 Max Stamina As for Stam/Magicka..uh..how to explain it..a lot of Class skill morphs (an upgrade when a skill hits rank v) will give you the option of running off one or the other, with different effects and you pair that with your weapon of choice - staves go off magicka, 2h/1h/bow use stamina - as well as what rank of armour (light for magicka dps/heal, medium for stamina dps, heavy for tank).

UI mods make playing on PC worth it imho. Most goons who play seem to be on PC anyways.

You can keep leveling different weapon and armour lines no problem and can get an your points back by coughing up gold to a statue of mara or something

They're all the same aside from login method I believe. I'd say stick to the standlone version because you might be able to get deals on expansions via places like GMG
