drat I had no idea how useful Essential Housing Tools mod was. Now I have color coded portals in a room to my 5 guilds houses and other places. They have the 3 team fight DAOC siege pvp, but don't seem to do much of anything with it fun or make it worthwhile at all.

I always just use EHT to insta-drop all my storage chests and merchant/banker in each house even if I don't decorate it. They're quick ports to nice places, that the gates don't take you. Granted a bunch make you do a bunch of zone quests before you can buy them for gold instead of crowns.
