you can summon ppl on your friends list who have the game to do their moves and it'll also fill the list with randos once a day too if you hit online update, and it'll give you 5 more ppl to rebuild norende/fort lune every day too. theres nothing in the game that uses streetpass that you cant also do with on line

I saw a screenshot of it and it looked alright the demo doesnt explain jack poo poo but its like final fanty pokemon. if you pull off certain per-monster conditions that you can see with libra in battle you get a chance to catch them and add them to your team (even the boss at the end). you stack the monsters on your head and you can unstack to control them all separately but the only time i did this was to catch something because i killed it in one hit when we were all stacked up. both of the different party members can have two different stacks, one for when they're normal size and one for when they're a cube baby. all the monsters are in different size classes, small medium and large and which ones you can use depend on if you're normal or a baby because you count as either medium or large depending. all the different monsters have like a mini sphere grid that uses points you get from level ups to teach them new abilities. enemies can stack up too and some moves have a chance to topple, like chocobo kick. if you wanna catch the boss and the lil baby cockatrice its holding you have to knock them down first. its kinda neat game mite be cool

In Training posted:I just did something really effing sick. There's a boss in Chapter 4 who can posses anything in the battles, allies or enemies. He starts with 3 extra foes on his side, I had only ever seen him possess them. After I wiped out the last one, he attacked and killed one of my people. No big deal, I res them next turn and start preparing buffs to take him down, he still has like 70k health at this point. Next turn he possesses one of my dudes and starts loving me up. But since I have the turn rewinding job with the passive that lets me select a state from the past 3 turns, and he had possessed the character who had killed 3 turns ago, I rewind him to 0 health and instagib him. Insane that you can do that, and now that I have his job asterisk I think I could actually set that combo up myself for future bosses and create a suicide squad lol guardian's sick, i made yew one and gave tiz 4 swords then i powered up both and possessed tiz for ultimate power

i dont like episodic poo poo and want the ability to do all the things when i play the game and not need to come back to it later, also i have a million other games i can play from now til 2019. and theres totally gonna be a 3rd even more complete royaler edition that will save me even more money. theres no downside to the patient gamer lifestyle

i think the steam version is still the old rear end pc port so theres no modern version to easily put on switch. also ff8 sucks
