How old is Viktor supposed to be? And a nine year age gap isn't the worst I've seen, but I'd be 100% more comfortable with adults.

Agreed, it took me a second to realize that's what it was, and then I was like oh nice, Instagram, it's so ingrained in me that I forgot it's weird to see it in this context A very good choice for ED imo.

it's a neat touch how incorporated cell phones are in this show and how realistic they feel, like in the first episode where the phone screen turns back on after yuri brings the phone down after talking

i was a bit disappointed in the use of language of the show, i was hoping yuri and victor would speak russian in the scenes where they are alone or well, in russia. instead you just have a few words here or there and then some random english. no playing around with the language barrier either

The dog isn't actually Victor's and is just Yuri's dog's ghost photobombing the whole show. Victor just assumes it's his dog and so does everyone else. Serious talk, that was another fantastic episode. The pacing was a bit faster than the first episode, but it still worked really well.

vic is such a great character, he's not just the flightly magical pixie dream boy, but also a legitimate genius who knows his limits and capabilities, and so is constantly seeking to grow himself and those around him yuri has already grown leaps and bounds in a single episode. in a confrontation with a boy many years his junior, he responds with empathy
