The details in the background are incredible. Even things like.. When Victor is moving into the room, his dog (wtf is the dogs name) is digging at the ground behind him. It's a little detail, but it's real & cute. And when he's doling out the music assignments, there's a little tissue holder behind him in the shape of Vicchan/his dog. So cute!! Yurio is also great and a big dork. They're kind of all big dorks. And I kinda love the Instagram stuff, but I also like Instagram a lot.

honestly the show is already making me cry, so god knows what will happen by the end. i'm so glad yuri picked the outfit he did, and both of the programs were beautiful. the split format already looks to be making things interesting, with yurio getting his own crew of weirdoes to bounce off of.

So I guess that the two arcs are for Yuri to learn to be a kid, and for Yuuri to learn to be an adult? One think I liked in the direction of the two performances was how they used all that enthusiastic technical commentary to drain Yuri's Agape of its soul, while they mostly let Yuuri's Eros speak for itself.
