Maybe that's an even worse indictment you could make on the show though, that they actually do aspire to be art. Interesting, I was thinking the fact that they've probably chosen whose been killed based on contract negotiations disqualifies TWD, but then I remembered how mercenary a lot of renaissance painters were. Anyway if anyone wants a better written zombie show to check out, and has already seen Z-nation then watch Dead Set, a a British zombie series that also spoofs Big Brother in a romero-esque kind of way
