It's because Crystal is getting a new Crystal costume to become a better Crystal and it'll cost Crystals to buy. Make sense? Let me know if you need clarification. 5) Rouge is a speed character. After her initial plan to defeat Kraven by tossing him into the air and catching him for eternity didn't pan out she decided to send him to hunt giant undersea monsters instead. Later he showed up in his Kra-Van. Also she beat Count Nefaria by teaching him to count in different ways on his hand. It was her subconscious so she assumed he was like the Count from Sesame Street. Basically it's everything that's good and pure about comic books.
