Yes, Windows 10 defaults to a normal desktop mode which is basically Windows 7 but with playskool flat-color window chrome and two sets of settings menus for some reason

ah, you can theoretically turn all the trackers off but I'm not sure I trust Microsoft to not silently turn them back on again at some point
