You said your current commute is 120 miles a day. What will your new commute be, and how fuel efficient is your car? You may save a decent amount of money right there, if that will help you get your mind past the lease breaking fee. I've heard a lot of good stuff about mindfulness meditation, take advantage of that, especially once you don't have to drive an hour to get to work in the first place.
