It's not dead at all, they have a pretty good strategy forcing it into new car sales, and people love convenience. They should be near death at this point but it's a pretty healthy company right now. As the boomers die off it'll decline but Sirius is good for the next decade at least unless they make some boneheaded moves. The stock has doubled in the last 4 years to $5.40 currently, and it was down to as low as $0.12 back in 2008 when they merged and the whole great recession thing.
