This time I found this fossil pic and I gave it skin!  I wasn't quite certain if that was a fang or just a big lower tooth jutting up so I went with the thumb rule of "whatever's cooler".

Although it seems the same fossil appears with the name Propalaeotherium parvulum in the wikimedia commons which is somehow a synonym. Who decides this stuff? So this is me the past couple of days. I noted that the triceratops skull leaves room for huuuuge sinuses and I thought "what if they had like this blow-uppable skin part like frogs but for their sinuses and then they can go honk" but it didn't turn out and the dino looks ill.    And I ended up with "what if cats were dinosaurs"

I guess pros have like super scanning machines, but no matter what I've ever tried, the scanner seems to very harshly "spike" any light/dark variation in colour, making it stand out, or wash out colour completely while still happily reproducing any bends in the paper. Other options include using those coloured pencils that are also watercolours to at least smooth the large areas or possibly doing a light overlay with a blur/mixing tool. Here, I even used a full two minutes running a smudge tool over the pic to show you if this is what you want, walla:  I can't wait to catch an Alolan form vulpix, too. Instead I drew this.
