Been playing through the series with my gf. Just got through Mordins death. Seems to get worse every time. This time, especially because she didn't know it was going to happen.

In the first three games, male shep was canon. Are things reversed this time? Or is it left deliberately vague so there is no true canon?

How long till this is $20? Seems like the right price because it should be all patched up by then. But still have boring characters and story.

5 years to build a pile of poo poo. Question: had they spent those 5 years unifying the original three games. Fleshing them out. Fixing the horrible writing flaws that filled up the 3rd game and to smaller extent the 2nd. Written an ending. Done all those things to make the ultimate ME experience. Would that have been a more popular game? I think so. I know a ton of people would buy an enhanced ultimate edition. But instead they shat all over the legacy even more than ME3 did.
